"Not really worth the price..."
The quality was fine, nothing terrible... but for what I paid, I expected a bit more. It just felt overpriced for what I actually got.

They sent me the wrong glasses, like, twice. I’m sure they weren’t even my order either time. Kind of frustrating.

I had a good visit with Optyk Rozmus. The staff were really professional but still easy to talk to, which I appreciated because sometimes appointments like this can feel a little rushed or awkward, you know? They answered my questions, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and I never felt like they were just trying to move me along. It gave me the impression that they really knew what they were doing, and that made the whole experience feel a lot smoother. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I did have to wait a little longer than I expected, but aside from that, everything went well.

I ordered from optykrozmus.com the product itself was good. It matched what I wanted and I didn’t have any issues with the item once it finally arrived, so I can’t really complain about that part.
The annoying bit was the wait. It took longer than I expected, and because I wasn’t getting much clear information, I had to keep checking and wondering what was going on, which just felt like extra work for something that should’ve been simple. Not the worst experience, but definitely could be smoother. 3 stars from me

I opened it and immediately thought, “Nope, not again.” The measurements were totally off, and it ended up being the wrong size once more. Super frustrating.

"Pretty frustrating experience"
I wasn’t happy with my experience at all. The site was confusing to use, and when I tried to get help, it took way longer than it should have. I didn’t feel confident after placing my order, which is never a good sign. Whoever runs this really needs to make the whole process clearer and easier. I don’t think I’ll be using optykrozmus.com again, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

I had a tough time getting an answer from them. The replies were really slow, and I ended up having to follow up twice. It’s not even about that taking a little time, it’s more the feeling of being left hanging without any clear update.

The glasses look okay, but they feel kind of cheap in person, not cheap exactly, just not as sturdy as I expected. The quality could definitely be better

I ordered a pair of glasses from optykrozmus.com they got here faster than I expected. The tracking was fine, and the package arrived in good shape. It’s always nice when you don’t have to wait forever, so I’m giving it 5 stars

Using the website was annoying. Pages loaded in weird ways, and finding basic info took way longer than it should have. Because apparently making things easy to find is too much to ask. Not a great experience

"Pretty good overall, just a little room to improve"
Overall, I had a good experience with this. It seems decent and was easy enough to use. I’d definitely recommend double-checking your prescription details before placing an order, just like my optician suggested. The only small thing I’d like to see improved is the delivery information, which could be a bit clearer. Other than that, it feels like a solid 4-star option to me.

"Charged but left waiting for updates"
I got charged quickly, but after that I didn’t really hear much about what was going on with my order. I had to follow up a couple of times just to get a basic answer, and the replies were slow and didn’t feel very helpful. The glasses turned out fine in the end, but the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be. Probably wouldn’t be my first choice next time

"Couldn’t get through checkout"
I tried checking out twice and the page kept crashing before I could finish. frustrating, especially since support just seemed to copy-paste generic troubleshooting steps instead of actually helping. I gave up and didn’t place the order
"Warranty support was painfully slow"
I’m annoyed with how long the warranty support took. It felt like they kept dragging their feet while I was stuck waiting for help. For something that should’ve been simple, they made it way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I just received these and the glasses themselves seem fine, but the box showed up really smashed. Since it’s fresh in my mind, the packaging definitely stood out in a bad way, it felt kind of cheap and didn’t seem like it protected the glasses very well

I’m sure they’re great at what they do, since apparently everyone and their mother is trying to book with them, but I couldn’t get an appointment for weeks. At that point, it just wasn’t worth my time

I mean, the service is fine overall, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a few more ways to pay. Not everyone wants to use the same payment method, and having more choices would just make things easier.

I was happy with the prices here. I checked a few other places first, and this one just made the most sense for what I needed. Nothing felt overpriced, and I didn’t feel like I had to overthink the purchase. Got what I came for and felt like I paid a fair amount.

"Prescription seems just right"
I ordered a pair of glasses from optykrozmus.com and, as far as I can tell, the prescription is pretty much spot on. I was a little unsure about ordering glasses online, but I can see clearly and haven’t had any headaches or strange blurry spots. It took maybe a few days or so to get used to the frames, but the lenses feel right. Overall, I’m really happy with them.
